A town centre shop that has been open under the same ownership for 50 years is set to host a 50% off celebratory sale.
20th Century Fashion at Trinders' in Maltings Lane, Clare, first opened as an antiques and second-hand books store at Easter in 1974, switching to selling pre-owned designer fashion in 2004.
Owner Rosemary Trinder, who launched the shop with her husband Peter, has also marked her 80th birthday this May, making this year an extra special celebration.
To mark the occasion, Mrs Trinder has arranged a '50% off everything sale' on Thursday, May 23 starting at 10am.
She said she hopes the sale will not only benefit her existing customers but also draw in new customers who want to explore the idea of buying "quality clothes without spending a fortune".
20th Century Fashion at Trinders stocks a variety of quality names and materials including items by Burberry, Catherine Walker, Caroline Charles, Gucci and Versace.
It opens Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm.
