A 39-year-old Newmarket man is to be sentenced for affray next week.
Jerry Torty, of Lisbon Road in the west Suffolk town, was before Ipswich Crown Court on Wednesday.
Torty pleaded guilty to an affray on May 10, 2022 when it was said he used or threatened unlawful violence towards the victim.
He will be sentenced on the morning of Friday, May 24 by Judge Martyn Levett, the court was told.
