A man from Felixstowe has been disqualified from driving after failing to provide a breath specimen to police.
Ayrton Gray, of Felixstowe Beach Caravan Park in Walton Avenue, was asked by police to provide a breath specimen in relation to an incident on Mach 17.
However, the 28-year-old failed to do so, “without reasonable excuse”, according to a court listing.
Gray pleaded guilty to this offence on April 30 at Suffolk Magistrates’ Court in Ipswich.
He was banned from driving for 18 months, with the option of completing a rehabilitation course which would reduce this ban by 18 weeks.
Gray was also handed a community order, and will be required to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
