A care worker from Bury St Edmunds has denied ill-treating and wilfully neglecting a man under his supervision.
Constantin Pricop, of Salter Close in the west Suffolk town, appeared at Suffolk Magistrates’ Court in Ipswich on Friday.
The 47-year-old is accused of the ill-treatment on June 27 last year.
Pricop denies the charge.
His case was committed to Ipswich Crown Court for July 12.
