Part of a mid Suffolk town park will be closed for upgrades as the council adds "more inclusive play equipment" to the site.
Mid Suffolk District Council said part of the play area at Needham Lake, near The Duck and Teapot café in Needham Market, will be closed for three to four weeks for upgrades.
A spokesman said the works, which start on Thursday, June 21, will feature the addition of new and inclusive play area equipment.
Mid Suffolk District Council announced the news on a social media post that read: "Our play facilities at Needham Lake are getting an upgrade ahead of the school summer holidays."
This is part of a county-wide effort to invest in Suffolk play areas and make them more accessible to wheelchair users and special educational needs and disabilities children.
Last month, new play areas were also fitted in Sudbury and Great Cornard, which fall under Babergh District Council.
Mid Suffolk District Council said it will be working alongside the playground company, Kompan UK, to provide access to the public where possible while maintaining safety at all times.
