Drivers have been warned as 15 roads will be closed in a Suffolk town next month as part of a massive carnival featuring a quirky 1980s fashion.
Multiple roads will be closed in Aldeburgh as Aldeburgh Carnival takes to the streets from Saturday, August 17 until Monday, August 19.
The festival, which is taking on an 1980s theme this year, will feature local businesses and residents dressing up and parading through the town.
From 9.30am on the Sunday to 10pm on the Monday, St Pauls Close, St Peters Road, Crag Path, Crabbe Street, A1094 High Street and Crespigny Road will all be closed.

There will also be closures on: Wentworth Road, A1094 Victoria Road, Thorpe Road, Park Road, Choppings Hill, The High Street, Church Farm Road, Dial Lane, Church Walkwill at the same time.
Meanwhile, there will also be temporary parking restrictions at: A1094 Victoria Road, St Pauls Close, King Street, Wentworth Road, Alde Lane, Thorpe Road, and A1094 High Street during the same time.

Parking restrictions will also be in place in Park Road, B1122 Leiston Road, Church Farm Road, Lee Road, Choppings Hill, Dial Lane, A1094 Saxmundham Road, Market Cross Place, Crabbe Street and Thorpe Street
Drivers have been advised to allow extra time for journeys during the event and to seek alternative routes when travelling near the town.
