A 26-year-old has been jailed for more than three years for drug offences after being arrested in west Suffolk.
Denis Lleshi pleaded guilty to being concerned with the supply of cocaine, possessing false identity documents, possessing criminal property and driving without valid insurance and without a valid licence at Ipswich Crown Court earlier this year.
On Friday, Lleshi, of Thornbury Road, Isleworth, west London, was sentenced to 38 months in prison and ordered to pay £228 to victim support.
Lleshi was stopped by officers in Exning on April 20 and information found on a mobile phone in his car led officers to Lleshi’s address where cocaine, money and false ID was discovered.
PC Harry Tully, of the Sentinel West team at Suffolk police, said: “The sentence handed out by the courts highlights that strong action will be taken against those who distribute drugs and impact our local communities.
"We will continue to work to disrupt and deter these people from operating in our county."
