Concerns were raised for a 51-year-old man after he went missing from an east Suffolk town.
John Clow, from Framlingham, was last seen at about 2.15pm on Thursday.
Bonnie Berry, a close friend of Mr Clow, said he travelled into Ipswich on the bus on Thursday afternoon and had not been seen since.
Ms Berry said his disappearance was "completely out of character".
However Ms Berry has since confirmed that Mr Clow was found on Tuesday evening.
He was spotted getting the bus back to Framlingham and she met him in the town.
She thanked the community for rallying together to help find Mr Clow.
