Drivers will be left facing a 44-mile diversion route while a Suffolk road is closed this weekend.
Haverhill Road, in Great Wratting, near Haverhill, will shut for Suffolk Highways to carry out urgent works.
The road will be closed from 7pm on Saturday to 5am on Sunday.

According to the Suffolk County Council website the official diversion route for the road closure is 44 miles long.
The diversion route includes A roads because some vehicles like HGVs cannot go down smaller roads that others would use as shortcuts.
