Plans for four bungalows in a mid Suffolk village have been submitted, after the previous developer was unable to complete the development.
Beauly Homes Ltd has taken over the building works of a development off Cullingford Close in Laxfield.
A planning statement said the company took over the development after the previous company were unable to complete it due to "financial problems".
Previous permission was granted for three bungalows in this area of the development, but under new plans lodged with Mid Suffolk District Council, the applicant wants to add four homes.
The applicant is making the changes to "improve the quality" of the scheme and "better meet" the local housing needs.

Under the new plans, the development will consist of two bungalows with two bedrooms and two bungalows with three bedrooms.
Access and road layout of the scheme will not change.
The site already has permission for housing, after plans for 13 homes were given the go-ahead in 2019.
A decision on the application is expected to be determined by Tuesday, October 29.
