New offices are set to be created above a former gym in an east Suffolk market town.
East Suffolk Council has approved plans for the first and second floors above the former Gymophobics premises in St John's Street in Woodbridge to be converted into two flats.
The first floor will include a three-bedroom flat with an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom, shower room and utility room.

On the second floor, there will be a two-bedroom flat with an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom, dining area and utility room.
The Grade II-listed building is in Woodbridge town centre and features a circular element fronting on to New Street.
In a design and access statement, the applicant's agent Peter Wells said: "The change of use of the first and second floors of the listed building from offices to residential, will not involve any alterations that will be visible externally.
"The ‘important views’ will also be unaffected by the change of use."
