A village road is still closed almost a week after a lorry and tractor crashed, leaving one person in hospital.
The collision happened at Hollesley crossroads at Ducks Corner at about 2pm last Thursday and saw the lorry involved spill heating oil onto the road.
Police closed Heath Road, Duck Road, Woodbridge Road, Rectory Road and The Street while the area was cleared but Suffolk Highways said on social media that investigations were still taking place.
Suffolk Highways said: "Our teams have inspected the location and carried out cleaning and jetting of the road.
"However, following safety concerns a decision was made to close the road due to the amount of oil that has embedded into the road surface and soaked into the nearby verges.

"Teams are carrying out a further clean up of the location today, the road and verges will be reinspected first thing tomorrow morning.
"Following this, if there are still safety concerns, works to resurface the area of the damaged road will be arranged."
The road is closed and an official diversion route is in place. Suffolk Highways has urged people not to remove the traffic management and drive through, due to it spreading the oil further along the carriageway.
A further inspection is to take place on Thursday morning.
