A food van that previously sold out within hours of opening is returning to a location near a Suffolk town.
Smother Spudders, offers a new cheesy chip experience with a signature cheese sauce smothered over every potato.
On Thursday, September 26, Essex dad Geoff Platt will be bringing his beloved van, Gina, back to the Steeple Stores, near Haverhill in Suffolk between 5pm and 8pm.
The van has recently been upgraded and repaired after a series of mechanical issues and is on the road after a three-week hiatus.
Mr Platt, who set the business up in June with his wife Jo, says he sold out within hours last time he visited the location near Haverhill.
He said: "It was absolutely phenomenal, we couldn't have asked for a better night. We opened at 5pm and were greeted by queues of people. We sold out of literally everything by 7pm."
The business offers a range of smothered potato dishes, all completely gluten-free, including chicken tikka masala fries, cheeseburger fries, Mexican fries, and vegan Korean fries with kimchi and green chilli mayo.

Mr Platt has been a chef for more than 40 years, has previously served the late Queen Elizabeth II and the now King Charles during his time in the Royal Navy and worked with the likes of Antony Worrall Thompson and Marcus Wareing.
His new menu embraces hard-hitting food and simple local ingredients to create an enjoyable street food experience.
Prices start from £7.50 for Smother Spudders fries and £4.59 for the children's menu.
