Police are investigating a road rage incident where a driver was allegedly threatened while queuing in traffic.
The incident occurred on the A137 near the ski slope in Wherstead, towards the A14.
At 8.40am on Wednesday, a black Volkswagen Golf allegedly tailgated a blue Suzuki Swift, attempting to undertake and overtake it.
Both cars stopped to queue in traffic, at which point the driver of the VW Golf was "verbally abusive and made threats" towards the Suzuki driver.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident or anyone in the area at the time who has a dashcam fitted in their vehicle who might be of assistance to contact the crime coordination centre quoting reference 54579/24.
