A west Suffolk school has helped a foodbank with a harvest festival donation drive.
South Lee Prep School and Nursery, in Bury St Edmunds' Nowton Road, held its annual pre-prep harvest festival on Friday, October 4.
The event brought together parents, pupils, and staff for a performance by children from pre-school to year three, who showcased their talents through songs and prayers.
The school has extended its gratitude to parents who donated food items to the Gatehouse foodbank.
A representative from the Gatehouse said: “The support we receive from South Lee Prep School is invaluable.

"The donations collected during the Harvest Festival will significantly help families facing food insecurity, ensuring they have access to essential items.
"We are incredibly thankful for the school’s commitment to making a difference.”
Headteacher Mrs Catchpole added: “The Harvest Festival is a really lovely tradition at South Lee Prep, and it is wonderful to see our young pupils embrace the spirit of giving.
"This week, we focused on the character strength of empathy, which aligns beautifully with our festival."
