Villagers in Suffolk say they fear losing their phone lines again with a number still wrongly connected two months after lines were cut.
Eastbridge residents have had their landlines restored by Openreach, but others are still wrongly connected to a different number meaning they have received calls not meant for them or are been billed incorrectly.
Phones were cut to homes in the Chapel Road area after the lorry collided with the pole on August 2.

Subsequently, Openreach teams restored some of the properties to their correct numbers by the following Wednesday (August 7), but others were given the wrong numbers and are still waiting to be connected nearly two-and-a-half months later.
Pat Willis, who lives in Chapel Road, is one of the residents affected.
She said to make matters worse none of the villagers had been able to get in touch with Openreach about the situation, adding, "none of them want to talk to us".
"As far as I'm aware, there are still people without the correct number and all of us that have got our lines are worried they might get cut off again if they come and fix another one," she added.

She was aware of one resident who had been making evening calls on another villager's number unaware that the other person's contract did not include free evening calls.
"It is just one big mess and they are wanting us now to go digital and in a village like ours," she said.
However, an Openreach spokesperson said he was not aware of any Eastbridge villagers who were still without phone lines.
