Fresh plans have been submitted to transform a former town centre bank into flats and a commercial unit.
A prior approval application lodged with Mid Suffolk District Council show proposals to convert the vacant HSBC in Market Place, Stowmarket, into six flats.
The applicant wants to retain a commercial unit at the front of the premises on the ground floor, while converting the rear into a one-bedroom flat.
Four one-bedroom flats and one two-bedroom flat would form the second and third floors.
It comes after previous plans for the site were refused by planners in September.
One objection to the latest proposals raised concerns in regards to the amount of parking spaces available at the site.
The building has been empty since August 2022 after HSBC closed its doors for the final time.
A raft of closures across the country saw the branch shut.
An impact report released at the time said 92% of the customers using the branch also used telephone banking.
