Can you give Chunk the cat his forever home?

Chunk is a five-year-old domestic shorthair crossbreed who ended up at the RSPCA centre in Martlesham after being found as a stray.

He came in with abscesses on his leg and tail which after a course of antibiotics have healed nicely and he is now ready for a new home.

The rehoming centre said: "Since settling in with us, Chunk has really started to show that he is a sweet and affectionate guy when he wants the attention, he is often found rolling around begging for fuss once he knows his handlers.

"The only time that Chunk has shown aggression to us is when he is being handled in a vet situation for example health checks etc.

"Chunk will be looking for someone who feels they can deal with this in a calm and sensible way."

This fluffy feline would prefer to be the only cat in the house but could live with children of secondary school age.

The branch added that Chunk would prefer to live without dogs as he is very independent.
