A health club and spa has unveiled the latest phase as part of its extensive redevelopment plans.

Riverhills Health Club and Day Spa is undergoing a significant refurbishment following a fire last summer.

The blaze caused damage to the site with the pool area destroyed in the flames.

Earlier this year the spa revealed its new treatment rooms following a £240,000 revamp, and has announced that the fourth phase of the redevelopment will be an upgrade of the changing room facilities.

The upgrades will include enhanced bench and seating areas, new temperature-controlled showers, underfloor heating and improved ventilation.

Dave Courteen, owner of Riverhills, said: "Our investment in the changing rooms is an important part of the overall transformation at Riverhills.

"We are focused on creating an environment where our members and guests feel relaxed and looked after from the moment they arrive, and these changes will ensure that every part of their visit is a truly luxurious experience."

The health club and spa has installed temporary changing rooms, complete with shower facilities, to minimise disruption to members and guest while refurbishment work is carried out.
