A pub in an "idyllic" village is up for let for £2,000 per month just two years after first being listed for sale.
The Swan Inn is located in Coney Weston, a village to the northeast of market town Bury St Edmunds.
The property was first listed for £370k by estate agent Everard Cole in 2022, which was then reduced to £350k in June, but it has now been listed for a 'Free of Tie' lease of £24,000.

Outside there is dedicated parking for the pub as well as a large paddock to the rear which could be used for events, rallies and festivals.
The Swan Inn is described on the property website Rightmove as being in an "idyllic rural setting".
The village of Coney Weston can be traced all the way back to the 11th century and is a short 13-minute drive from Thetford and a 25-minute drive from Bury St Edmunds.
