A former holiday site in Lowestoft is being transformed into a residential park.
The switch-up will see 56 new properties built in a picturesque location beside the high-end Coach House Hotel in Chapel Road.
Homes at the Carlton Manor development will be exclusively available to people aged over 45 and prices will start at £215,000.
Each park home will contain a fully fitted kitchen, a living area and two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom attached.

Buyers can choose to add further features such as a hot tub and outdoor furniture.
David Cotter, the project's sales manager, explained that residential park living is becoming a very "attractive" choice for people seeking a relaxing living environment surrounded by plenty of like-minded companions.
“The community encourages social connections through various activities, promoting a vibrant and engaging lifestyle," he said. "Carlton Manor is committed to enhancing the quality of life, offering comfort, companionship, and the joy of each day."
Open days at the site will take place on November 16 and 17.
