Drivers are being warned of an hour-long diversion while a village road is closed.
The A1071 will be closed between the A134 junction and School Hill turn off in Boxford between 7pm on Monday and 5am on Tuesday next week.
While the road is closed Suffolk Highways will be carrying out pothole repairs along the stretch of road.

According to the Suffolk County Council website the official diversion route is 36 miles long.
The diversion route is long because it needs to include A roads and not smaller roads that other drivers may use as shortcuts.
