Ipswich Town boss Kieran McKenna and assist machine Leif Davis have both been shortlisted for EFL awards for March.
McKenna's up for Championship manager of the month, while left back Davis appears in the player of the month shortlist.
Town's boss led the Blues to four wins in five games last month, a run which saw them go back to the top of the table.
Davis, meanwhile, scored an 89th-minute winner against Bristol City, plus added three more assists which took him to 15, a record for a defender in a Championship season.
McKenna faces competition from David Wagner of Norwich (12 points from five games), Leeds United boss Daniel Farke (11 points from five games), and West Brom's Carlos Corberan, who led the Baggies to an unbeaten month as they remained in the top six.
In the player category, Davis is up against Norwich winger Gabriel Sara (three goals and three assists), Coventry striker Ellis Simms (five goals in four matches) and West Brom winger Mikey Johnston (four goals and an assist).
The winners will be announced tomorrow morning.
