The winger has enjoyed a successful first full season back from her ACL injury, netting 12 goals and providing 20 assists in 27 appearances this campaign.
She was recently named as the Blues' Player of the Year for the 2023/24 season.
Nina Meollo will win the Division One South East Player of the Year, having starred on loan at Cambridge City before being recalled by Town.
The goalkeeper enjoyed a successful spell in Cambridgeshire during the first half of the season, making 13 appearances for the Lilywhites and being named Player of the Match on ten occasions.
Those performances earned her first international call-up for the Philippines in November.
The awards are set to take place at Wembley Stadium prior to the Adobe Women's FA Cup final between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday 12th May.
