Ross Halls looks at how Ipswich Town's loan players got on for their clubs this week...

GASSAN AHADME

The forward scored his 13th goal of the season for Cambridge United as they were held to a 1-1 draw with Wycombe Wanderers in League One.

Ahadme opened the scoring for Garry Monk's side with a thumping header but seven minutes from time the Chairboys scored from the spot to share the spoils, leaving the U's three points above the relegation zone.

The U's travel to the already relegated Port Vale in the final game of the season on Saturday, needing a point or other results going their way to stay in the third tier.

NICK HAYES

The keeper played the full 90 minutes for Solihull Moors as they beat FC Halifax Town 4-2 at home to reach the National League play-off semi-finals.

Andy Whing's side finished their regular season in fifth place with 76 points and will travel to Barnet on Saturday looking to reach the final.

The Moors have already booked their first-ever Wembley visit, as they face Gateshead in the FA Trophy final on May 11th, but victory at The Hive on Saturday would also see them play there on May 5th for a chance to book their place in the football league.

RYAN CARR

The midfielder featured for Aveley as they were beaten 2-1 at Maidstone United in the National League South play-off eliminator.

Danny Scopes' side conceded a 93rd minute goal to lose the one-off play-off clash but it's been a great season for the Millers, who only won promotion to the sixth tier last season.

Carr has made 11 appearances during his loan spell with the Essex side, having joined them in February, alongside fellow Town youngster Ayyuba Jambang who spell was cut short due to injury.

FINLEY BARBROOK

The midfielder is set to feature for Chelmsford City as they host Braintree Town in the National League South play-off semi-finals on Saturday.

Robbie Simpson's side finished second in the table with a record club total of 84 points and now face the Ironm who beat Bath City 1-0 at home in the play-off eliminator.

The Clarets now face their fellow Essex side who have former Town players Freddie Sears and Reggie Lambe in their squad, while Barbrook has Anthony Wordsworth as a team-mate.

WOODY WILLIAMSON

The keeper was unused sub for Cheshunt as they beat ten-man Horsham 1-0 at home to all but secure their place in the Isthmian League Premier Division for next season.

Craig Edwards' side are now three points above the relegation zone and have a much superior goal difference over fellow strugglers Margate.

The Ambers travel to Hashtag United on the final day of the season this weekend.
