ELKAN BAGGOTT
The defender made his debut for Blackpool as they won 4-0 at ten-man Burton Albion to progress to the second round of the Carabao Cup.
Baggott started the game but was replaced in the 65th minute with the game still goalless. The Brewers had a player sent off with just 11 minutes played.
Former Town players Lee Evans and Matthew Pennington were among the scorers, with the latter scoring a brace for the Seasiders.
Neil Critchley's side return to league action when they host Stockport County at Bloomfield Road this weekend, with them looking to bounce back following their opening day 2-1 defeat at Crawley Town in the third tier.
CHARLIE BINNS
The young goalkeeper made his second appearance for Bishop's Stortford as they were held to a 1-1 draw with Suffolk side Leiston in the Southern League Premier Central.
Steve Castle's side took the lead early in the second half from Bradley Russell but they conceded a late penalty to share the points.
They return to action when they travel to Redditch United this weekend.

- Kayden Jackson notched his first goal for Derby County as they beat Chesterfield 2-1 in the first round of the Carabao Cup. Armando Dobra was among the scorers for Paul Cook's side.
- Joe Pigott scored the winner for AFC Wimbledon as they won 2-1 at Bromley to progress to the second round of the Carabao Cup.
- Paul Digby netted for Cambridge United but the U's were knocked out of the Carabao after losing 2-1 to QPR at the Abbey Stadium.
- Mark McGuinness opened the scoring for Cardiff City as they beat Bristol Rovers 2-0 in the first round of the Carabao Cup. The defender has been linked with moves away from the Welsh club this summer
- Oli Hawkins headed home a late consolation goal for Gillingham as they were beaten 3-1 at Swansea City to exit the Carabao Cup. The forward was transfer listed by the Gills this summer.
